These conditions establish the legal framework for the use of our digital design and branding services.
Numle provides web design, branding, and visual identity services, according to the specifications agreed upon in the project proposal. Each deliverable is clearly defined in the contract, and subsequent changes are invoiced separately.
The client is obliged to provide the necessary materials (texts, existing logos, photographs) within the established deadline. Any delay on the client's part may postpone the project timeline. The client holds the intellectual property rights over the final deliverables, after full payment of the invoice.
Numle reserves the right to include the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The agency guarantees that the deliverables do not infringe on third-party copyrights. If the client provides materials that infringe these rights, the responsibility lies solely with the client.
The total liability of Numle for any direct damage resulting from the use of services is limited to the invoiced amount for that project. The agency is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, plugins, external libraries).
Information shared by the client during the collaboration is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's express consent. Exceptions are situations provided by law or cases where the information is already public.
Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of 14 days. In case of non-payment or serious breach of obligations, the contract may be terminated immediately. Upon termination, the client pays for services rendered up to that date.
Numle reserves the right to update these terms. Existing clients are notified 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
For questions regarding these terms, you can write to us at the email address info@numle.com or at the postal address: Splaiul Henri Coandă 9B.
